Intelligence

All of our intelligence products, on one page.

Four ways to work with Cannamonitor, from open reading to hands-on work, all built on the same data platform. This page is for choosing the one that matches the decision in front of you; each product page explains what is inside.

Level 1 · Decide

Decision-grade intelligence for cannabis operators and investors.

The platform for anyone who has to act in more than one market: an operator expanding, an investor doing diligence, a business-development team building a pipeline. Everything is in one place and everything is connected.

Every market and every company, cross-linkedA question about a market answers itself about the companies in it, and the other way round — no second tool, no second export.
Decision-grade, not just collectedNothing enters without a person deciding it qualifies. Every figure names its source, and when two sources disagree you see both.
Built for a teamSeats, export and API. The same view for the board, the deal team and the country lead.

€142 per seat per month, or €1,420 a year. Self-serve; multi-seat on request.

Level 2 · Essentials

Market tracking for cannabis professionals.

For one professional who has to stay on top of one market: the monthly brief the week it ships, a news dashboard you can filter, the analyst datapacks and the content hub behind every public article.

One market, followed properlyNot a feed. What moved, what it means, and the dataset behind it, every month.
The price of a newsletter, the depth of a library€14.2 a month buys the brief plus the archive, the datapacks and the classified news behind it.
The step before DecideWhen the question grows to a second market or a company, Decide is the same data one level up — nothing to migrate.

€14.2 a month or €142 a year, for one professional.

Compare

Which one fits the decision in front of you?

Three tiers on the same data. The difference is how many markets, how many people, and how far into the data you need to go.

Level 3 · Advisory

Custom, high-impact work for growth businesses.

When the data is not the whole answer: project work on top of the same platform, run by the analyst who built it. Three levels; each one builds on the one before.

Level 1

Platform intelligence

A Decide subscription as the evidence base: the markets, the companies and the deals your question sits in, before anyone writes a slide.

Self-serve · from day one

Level 2

Commercial strategy engagement

A fixed-scope, six-week diagnostic: which markets to prioritise, the regulatory pathway into each, a ranked list of target accounts, the entry route, and a working session to take it into your plan.

Six weeks · fixed scope · scoped quote

Level 3

Embedded advisory

A rolling retainer: monthly working sessions, warm introductions, and ad-hoc analysis when a decision cannot wait for a report.

Monthly · rolling · scoped quote

What is decided before any model runs: which sources qualify, how a market is defined, and which figure wins when two disagree. That is the work, and a person does it.

Questions

The questions people ask before they buy.

Six answers, one or two sentences each. Anything else, ask.

Essentials or Decide?

Essentials if you follow one market and want the brief, the news and the datapacks behind it. Decide if you compare markets or companies, or need the deals, trials and financials cross-linked.

Can I start free?

Yes. The monthly brief is public a month after it ships, the Insights hub is open, and the six pages above are open with a download each. Essentials starts at €14.2 a month if you want the brief the week it ships.

Can’t I do this with ChatGPT and public data?

You can get a plausible answer that way; you cannot get a checked one. Every figure in Decide names its source and the person who decided it qualified. When two sources disagree we publish both and say which one we use — the Spain page shows the practice.

How fresh is it?

Around 520 classified news items are added a month. The brief ships in the first week of each month. Market datasets update when the regulator publishes, and every dataset carries its last-update date.

Multiple seats, or company-wide access?

Decide is priced per seat and multi-seat is quoted. Enterprise adds unlimited seats, API and agent access over the licensed data, and the governance a company needs around it.

Do you take on custom work?

Yes, in three levels: a Decide subscription as the evidence base, a six-week commercial strategy engagement, or a rolling advisory retainer. Ask for a call and we scope it together.

Not sure?

Not sure which one fits? Ask.

Tell us the decision you are trying to make. An analyst replies within two business days — including when the answer is that we are not the right fit.
